Banana Bread

Because I don't like nuts in bread, I always make my banana bread without nuts.

For this recipe, I had two bowls, one for the dry ingredients and one for the wet ingredients.

I wish my photos were better. This actually came out WONDERFULLY!

Recipe

3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine the salt, baking soda, brown sugar and flour in a small bowl. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and bananas and mix well. Gently mix in the flour mixture. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check if done.
